O R D E R:
Government after careful examination of the request of the District
Collector, Nalgonda District, hereby direct that the period from 11.11.2011 to
01.06.2011, for 203 days, during which period Sri G.P. Neelakantham, Special
Grade Deputy Collector, presently working as Additional Joint Collector (Non-
cadre), Nalgonda District was waiting for posting in Revenue Department be
treated as compulsory wait under F.R.9(6)(b).
2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,
A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department, vide
their U.O.No.6765/179/FR.I/12, Dt.21.03.2012.
