HEALTH MEDICAL AND FAMILY WELFARE (OP.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 479 Dated:30-03-2012 Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.113, HM&FW (OP-I) Department, Dated:27-01-2012. 2. From Sri N.V.K. Sastry, ASO, HM & FW Department, application Dated:20-03-2012. * * * O R D E R: In the G.O.Rt. 1st read above, Sri N.V.K.Sastry, Assistant Section Officer, HM & FW Department was sanctioned House Building Advance of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakhs only) towards Site-cum-construction and an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- was released towards 1st installment. In his application 2nd read above, the individual has submitted that the construction of house has reached lintel level and he has requested for release of 2nd installment. The individual has mortgaged the property in favour of the Government. 2. Sanction is therefore accorded for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) to Sri N.V.K.Sastry, Assistant Section Officer, HM & FW Department towards 2nd installment. 3. It is certified that the loan installment has been released according to the eligibility of the loanee concerned. He has fulfilled all the formalities as per rules. 4. The installment sanctioned in para (2) above shall be drawn from the current year 2011-2012 budget provision allotted to Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department by Finance Department and shall be debited to “ 7610 – Loans to Government servants – M.H.201 – House Building Advance – S.H. (05) – Loans to other Offices – 001 – Loans to other offices. 5. The Health Medical and Family Welfare department (O.P. Claims) are requested to draw and disburse the above advance to the individual.
