No. Spl./Planning/260411/ Dental Kadapa/Bldgs/2011, dt. 25-6-2011. *** O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, revised administrative sanction was issued for an amount of Rs. 29.25 crores against the original administrative sanction for Rs. 22.00 crores issued vide reference 1st read above, towards construction of Dental College & Hospital, RIMS, Kadapa. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Medical Education has stated that the Chief Engineer, A.P. Health Medical Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation has informed that construction of Dental College, Kadapa is completed in all aspects but the total cost is worked out to Rs. 34.73 crores due to price escalation, formation of internal roads and slabs on drains, fabrication and erecting of domes, structural glazing, NCL ventilators in Cellar, providing of grills etc. The National Academy of Construction to whom the case was referred for an expert advice has also verified and certified for the work for a value at Rs. 34.43 crores. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord revised administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 34.43 crores (Rupees Thirty four crores and forty three lakhs only) towards completion of construction of Dental College & Hospital at Putlampalli Village, Kadapa (Package II) as against the original administrative sanction accorded for Rs. 22.00 crores issued vide G.O. 1st read above. 4. The Director of Medical Education / Managing Director, Health Medical Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation are requested to take necessary further action accordingly. 5.
