Read the following:- 1. Letter No. 1057/2011-1, dated 20.1.2012 received from the Office of the Advocate General, High Court of A.P., Hyd. 2. G.O.Rt.No. 722, Finance (Exp.Home & Law) department, dated 1.3.2012. ***** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, it is stated that in the letter dated 4.1.2012 Government have advised to utilize the available amount in the first instance before come up with the proposal for reappropriation from the expected savings. It is also stated that the Office of the Advocate General has already incurred an expenditure of Rs. 1,55,53,000/- as against the provision of Rs. 1,75,64,000/- under “ 280/281 – Pleaders fee” and the balance available is quite inadequate to meet the expenditure on hand. Therefore there is dire necessity to provide additional funds to pay the fees to Sri C.V.Mohan Reddy, former Advocate General, Public Prosecutor and three (3) Additional Public Prosecutors from January to March works out to Rs. 10.00 lakhs and the day fee to the Advocate General and two (2) Additional Advocates General is Rs. 6.00 lakhs. Therefore it is requested to provide additional funds of Rs. 67.60 lakhs under “ 2014 –Administration of Justice, 114 – Legal Advisers and Counsels, 04 – Legal Advisers and Counsels, 280 – Professional Services, 281 – Pleaders fee (Non – Plan)”. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, BRO for an amount of Rs. 67,60,000/- ( Rupees Sixty Seven Lakhs and Sixty Thousand Only) has been issued under Non-Plan to the Advocate General Office. 3. Government hereby accord administrative sanction for drawal of an amount of Rs. 67,60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Seven Lakhs and Sixty Thousand Only) to the Advocate General, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad as additional funds under “ 2014 –Administration of Justice, 114 – Legal Advisers and Counsels, 04 – Legal Advisers and Counsels, 280 – Professional Services, 281 – Pleaders fee (Non – Plan)” towards payment of fees to the Law Officers as claimed in the reference 1st read above.
