Rev) Dept, Dt: 24.03.2012. ** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above the Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, A.P. Hyderabad has requested to issue BRO and Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.6.44 Crores additional funds and an addl. amount of Rs.26 lakhs by way of re- appropriation under the Head of Account SH-(07) Campaign on Adverse effects of Consumption of Alcohol-260 Advertisements, sales and Publicity expenses to clear pending payments towards ex-gratia of toddy tappers. 2. In the reference 3rd read above orders were issued releasing an amount of Rs.6,44,00,000/ (Rupees Six Crores and Forty Four Lakhs only) to the Commissioner of Excise. Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders, pending provision of funds by way of obtaining supplementary Grants during 2011-2012. 3. Government, after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise A.P Hyderabad for drawal of an amount of Rs.6,44,00,000/ (Rupees Six Crores and Forty Four Lakhs only) under the following Head of Account for the payment of exgratia to toddy tappers: NON-PLAN (Rupees in thousands) Head of B.E.
