No. 32/Trg.I/2012, dated: 19.01.2012. --:0:-- ORDER: In the letter read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has intimated that Smt Tejdeep Kaur Menon, I.P.S., Additional Director General of Police (Training), has been nominated by UNAIDS, India to participate in the Side Event at Asia-Pacific High-Level Intergovernmental Meeting on the Assessment of Progress against Commitments in the Political Declaration on HIV/AIDS and the Millennium Development Goals, Bangkok, from 6th to 8th February, 2012 and requested to permit the Member of Service to participate in the above meeting. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord permission to Smt Tejdeep Kaur Menon, I.P.S., Additional Director General of Police (Training), to participate in the above said event commencing from 6th to 12th February, 2012 at Bangkok. 3. The period of absence of the above Member of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which, the officer will draw grade pay and allowances which she would have drawn but for her visit to Bangkok. The above Member of Service is requested to follow the instructions issued in G. O. Ms. No.124, Finance & Planning, dated: 31.8.2000, for drawal of T.A & D.A., read with Circular Memo.No. 32876- B/149/A2/2002, dated 06-11-2002. 4. The Member of Service shall submit a report on the above visit to the General Administration (Spl.D) Department. 5. The expenditure on the above tour will be borne by the UNAIDS, INDIA. 6. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall make necessary arrangements during the absence of Smt Tejdeep Kaur Menon, I.P.S., Additional Director General of Police (Training). 7.
