No. 995, Health Medical & Family Welfare (VC.I) Department, dated. 02.08.2010. *** ORDER: In the G.O. read above, departmental action under Rule 20 of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 has been initiated by framing articles of charge against Sri P. Muralidhar Rao, Senior Assistant in Medical Reimbursement section, O/o. Superintendent, MGM Hospital, Warangal for his failure to submit annual property returns. The Charged Officer has submitted his explanation to the articles of charge. In his explanation, he has admitted that he has not submitted any Annual Property Returns to the competent authorities in his entire service. Therefore, the charge is held as proved. 2. Government, after careful examination of the material available, have decided to award Minor penalty of withholding of one increment without cumulative effect against the Charged Officer. Accordingly, Government hereby award Minor penalty of withholding of one increment without cumulative effect against Sri P. Muralidhar Rao, Senior Assistant in Medical Reimbursement section, Office of the Superintendent, MGM Hospital, Warangal. 3.
