No. 486 Date: 01.02.2012 R ead the following: **** ORDER: Permission is hereby accorded to Sri D.Ronald Rose, I.A.S., Additional Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, Hyderabad to visit Vientiane, Lao PDR from 02.02.2012 to 03.02.2012 for attending the South Exchange Workshop on Community Driven Development and Livelihoods. 2. The period of absence of the above Member of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which the officer will draw his grade pay and allowances which he would have drawn but for his visit to Vientiane, Lao PDR. The above Member of Service is requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance & Planning, dated: 31.8.2000, for drawal of T.A & D.A., read with Circular Memo.No. 32876-B/149/A2/2002, dated 06-11- 2002. 3. The Officer permitted shall submit a report on his above visit to the General Administration (Spl-D) Department and also a copy to PR&RD Department. 4. The expenditure Viz., Cost of travel, accommodation and other incidental costs on the tour of the Officer will be borne by the World Bank. 5. The Principal Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development shall make necessary arrangements for the post of Additional Chief Executive Officer, SERP, Hyderabad during the above visit of the officer from 02.02.2012 to 03.02.2012. 6.
