Home & Law) Department, dated: 01-03-2012. ***** ORDER: The Government have allocated an amount of Rs.4,30,00,000/- (Rupees four crores thirty lakhs only) in the Budget Estimates 2011-2012 to the NALSAR University at Shameerpet, Ranga Reddy District under the Head of Account of “2014- Administration of Justice -M.H.800 Other Expenditure-G.H.11 NSP- S.H. 12 Assistance to NALSAR -310 Grants-in-Aid- 312 - Other Grants- in- Aid”(Plan).. 2. In the reference 1st read above, an amount of Rs.1,07,50,000 (Rupees one crore seven lakhs and fifty thousand only) was sanctioned to the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad towards the 3rd installment as Grants-in –Aid for the Financial Year, 2011-12 for the Campus Development at Shameerpet, Ranga Reddy District. 3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Registrar, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad has submitted the Utilization Certificate for a sum of Rs.1,07,50,000 (Rupees one crore seven lakhs and fifty thousand only) sanctioned and released under plan towards the 3rd installment for the campus development to NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad for the Financial Year, 2011-12 and now requested to release the 4th quarter amount of Rs. 1,07,50,000 (Rupees one crore seven lakhs and fifty thousand only) as Grants- in – Aid for the Financial Year, 2011-12. 4. In the reference 3rd read above, the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for Rs.1,07, 50,000/- (Rupees one crore seven lakhs and fifty thousand only) under PLAN from the Budget Estimates provision 2011-2012. 5. Therefore, Government hereby accord sanction of an amount of 1,07,50,000 (Rupees one crore seven lakhs and fifty thousand only) to the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad towards the 4th installment as Grant – in - Aid for the Financial Year, 2011-12 for Campus Development at Shameerpet, Ranga Reddy District. 6. The expenditure sanctioned in para (5) above, shall be debited to “2014 Administration of Justice -MH 800 Other Expenditure – GH.11. Normal State Plan – SH (12) Assistance to National Society for promotion and Advancement of Legal Studies and Research -310 Grants –in- Aid - 312 Other Grants –in –Aid”. Contd. On page 2…..-2- 7.
