ORDER:
Under Supplementary Rule 54 of F.R.S.R. read with the orders issued in Office
Memorandum F.No:19030/3/2008-E.IV, Government of India, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Expenditure, New Delhi, Dt:23rd September, 2008, permission is hereby
accorded to Dr.A.Vidya Sagar, IAS (84), Principal Secretary to Government (TW),
Social Welfare Department to proceed to New Delhi on 31-01-2012 to meet the
Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi to discuss the
issues pending with Ministry of Tribal Affairs and return on 01-02-2012.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
