G.O.Rt.No.481, HM & FW (E2) Department, dt.30.03.2012. * * * O R D E R: Based on the proposal received from the Managing Director, APHMHIDC, Hyderabad vide letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the Orders issued by the Finance (Expr.HM&FW-I) Department in the Government Order 2nd read above, Government hereby issue an administrative sanction order authorizing the Director of Medical Education, AP, Hyderabad to release LOC for an amount of Rs.5,18,00,000/- (Rupees five crores and eighteen lakhs only) as additional funds, pending adjustment in final surrenders from the B.E. 2011-12 (Plan) towards payment of differential amount for construction of Dental College & Hospital at Putlampalli (V) Kadapa as per revised Administrative sanction issued vide Government Order 3rd read above. All the items of works shall be executed through the APHMHIDC, Hyderabad. The Managing Director, APHMHIDC, Hyderabad shall indicate in the distribution order of this LOC amount, the executing Agency chosen for undertaking the above items of works and intimate the fact to the Director of Works and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad and the Pay and Accounts Officer (W&P) of the district concerned. 3. The Director of Medical Education, AP, Hyderabad and the Director of Works and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad are requested to regulate the expenditure to the extent of LOC now authorized. 4. The Director of Medical Education, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate/Statement of Expenditure for the amount sanctioned at para-1 above to Government.
