The above authorized additional amount of Rs,119,00,00,000/- shall be met in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders pending adjustment in final modification of B.E. 2011-12. 4. The Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate/ Statement of Expenditure for the amounts sanctioned at para-1 above to Government.
