Letter From Sri P Ramesh, Executive Committee Member, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Services Association, Hyderabad, dt. 27-11-2010 3. Lr. From Private Secretaries /Personal Assistants to the secretary to Government, Law department, dated 27-11-2010. *** ORDER In the reference 2nd and 3rd read above, it is stated that in all other departments of Secretariat all officers from the level of section Officer and above and Private Secretaries and Personal Assistants to the Secretaries to Government have been provided with cell phones and monthly call charges upto Rs.700/- P.M. and requested to extend the said benefit to the Officers and staff of Law Department, belonging to the above mentioned categories. 2. In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued among other things that category-I Officers i.e., Secretaries and above/equivalent rank are eligible for recurring charges upto Rs. 2000/- P.M. (inclusive of rental) and for Category – II i.e, Dy. Secretaries and above and equivalent rank are eligible for recurring charges upto Rs. 1375/- P.M (inclusive of rental) and for category – III i.e., all the Gazetted Officers are eligible for recurring charges of Rs. 625/- P.M. (inclusive of rental). 3. The IT&C Department, have identified and empanelled certain service providers for providing the closed user Groups Network for the Government of Andhra Pradesh as mentioned in the G.O. 1st read above, with details of Spl. Tariff and rental. 4. Government after careful examination hereby accord permission to provide reimbursement of recurring charges for the Cell Phone used for official purpose in Law Department as detailed below. Category II- Dy. Secretaries and equivalent rank and above rank Rs. 1,375/- P.M. (inclusive of rental) 5. This order issue with the concurrence of Fin (Expr. Home & Law) Department, vide their U.
