The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head of account “2251-Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat SH (17) - Backward Classes Welfare Department 130 - Office Expenses 131- Utility Payments (Telephone Charges)”. 3. The Backward Classes Welfare (claims) Department shall issue an Account Payee Cheque in favour of AO, Cash (CMTs), BSNL, Hyderabad for settlement of the bill. 4.
