No. 341/FW-A7/2011, dt. 27-3-2012. * * * ORDER: In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare in the letter read above, the Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction to release an amount of Rs.2,74,31,550/- (Rupees Two crores seventy four lakhs thirty one thousand five hundred and fifty only) towards 3rd installment for the year 2010-2011 and an amount of Rs.2,74,31,550/- (Rupees Two crores seventy four lakhs thirty one thousand five hundred and fifty only) towards 1st and 2nd installments for the year 2011-2012 as Grant – in – Aid to the Voluntary Organization / Local Bodies as shown in the annexure to this order, subject to obtaining audit reports from the concerned voluntary organizations before placing funds at their disposal. 2. The above expenditure shall be debited to the respective head of accounts. The above installments of Grant – in – Aid shall be released soon after the receipt of Audited Reports / Utilization Certificates for the amounts released during the previous year. 3.
