ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.6,769/- (Rupees
Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Nine only) to M/s KUN United Hyundai,
Hyderabad (Authorised Company workshop) towards the cost of Servicing
undertaken to the Government Vehicle No.AP 9 BF 666 being used by the Secretary
to C.M.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “2052 – Sectt. General Services – MH 090 – Secretariat
– SH (04) General Administration Department – 510 – Maintenance of Office
vehicles.”
3. The Genl. Admn. (Claims C) Department are requested to draw and credit the
amount sanctioned in para 1 above to M/s.KUN United Car Trax Pvt. Ltd.,
A/c.No.52661010028160, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Gandhinagar Branch, IFSC
code No.ORBC0105266, MICR Code No.500022026.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
the rules in vogue.
