ORDER:
In relaxation of Rule 15-D(i) read with Rule 15-A (1) (b) of the General
Provident Fund (A.P) Rules, Government hereby accord permission to S.Bajaranga
babu, Chairman, LRAT-cum-II Addl.District Judge, Suryapet, Nalgonda District for
Part-final withdrawal for an amount of Rs.5,89,300/- (Rupees five lakhs Eighty nine
thousand and three hundred only) from his General Provident Fund Account
No.16479/Judl, to meet the expenses in connection with Betrothal ceremony of his
daughter celebrated on 12.2.2012.
2. Necessary particulars are furnished in the Appendix “O” enclosed.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Pen.II) Department vide
their U.O. No.3349/6/2/Pen.II/12, dt.03.03.2012.
