G.O.Ms.No.75, Home (Courts.C) Department, dated: 01-05-2008. *** ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter first read above, after careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the Government hereby appoint the following candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class, in Prakasam District, for a period of two (2) years from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they attain the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two thousand five hundred only) per month, as per the existing rules. Accordingly, the following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the following candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class, in Prakasam District, for a period of two (2) years from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they attain the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.2,500/- (Two thousand five hundred only) per month, as per the existing rules.
