O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes,
Hyderabad in the reference 3rd read above, Government after careful examination of the
matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 7.00 Lakhs (Rupees Seven Lakhs
only) towards the A.P.State’s contribution for a period of 5 months w.e.f.1.11.2011 to
31.03.2012 to the Empowered Committee for operation and maintenance of Tax
Information Exchange System from the balance provision of Rs.28.00 lakhs, under the
Head of Account 2040-001- SH(09), 280/284 other payments.
2. The Commissioner Commercial Taxes shall take further action accordingly.
3. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Rev) Department, Vide,
their U.O. No. 3112/ 035/ A2/ Expr.Rev/12, Dated: 27.02.2012.
