Secretary to Government , Law Department, Dt.24.2.2012.

ORDER:-
In terms of orders issued in the circular memo., in the reference 2nd read
above, Sri G.V.Ramana Murthy Raju, Additional Secretary to Government, Law
Department is permitted to surrender Earned Leave for 15 days with effect from
15.3.2012 for encashment during the Financial Year, 2011-2012, subject to condition
that the Officer should not go on Earned Leave upto 29.3.2012 .
2. Sri G.V.Ramana Murthy Raju, Additional Secretary to Government, Law
Department was earlier permitted to surrender Earned leave for encashment for the
financial year 2010 -2011 w.e.f 15.3.2011. The balance of Earned Leave at his credit
after the present surrender of earned leave is 285 days.
3. Necessary entries have been made in the Service Register of the officer.
4. The Law (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the
encashment to the officer.
