The following notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dated: 13.03.2012
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby
appoint the Officers specified in column (3) of the Schedule below as Executive
Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates with effect from the date of
issue of the Notification till the completion of Bye-Elections to 235-Kovur Assembly
Constituency and confer on them the powers under sections 129, 133, 143, 144,
174(4) and 176 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) in the
respective areas as specified by the Collector and District Magistrate, Nellore in
Column (4) thereof;
