Narasimha Sarma, Assistant Government Pleader for the Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Bheemunipatnam, expired on 21.12.2011 and he has continued him beyond his term till a new candidate is appointed by the Government or till termination of his services whichever is earlier, and requested to ratify his action. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby ratify the action of the District Collector, Visakhapatnam in having continued Sri.B.Narasimha Sarma, Assistant Government Pleader for the Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Bheemunipatnam till a regular Assistant Government Pleader is appointed to the said Court or until further orders of the Government, whichever is earlier.
