From the District Collector, Khammam, Proc.Rc.No.C5/3068/2011, dated 25.01.2012. *** ORDER:- In the reference 3rd read above, the District Collector, Khammam has stated that the term of Sri B.K. Vasudeva Rao, Assistant Government Pleader for the Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Madhira expired on 01.06.2011 and he has continued him beyond his term, till a new candidate is appointed by the Government or till termination of his services whichever is earlier, and requested to ratify his action. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby ratify the action of the District Collector, Khammam, in having continued Sri.B.K.Vasudeva Rao, Assistant Government Pleader for the Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Madhira, till a regular Assistant Government Pleader is appointed to the said Court or until further orders of the Government, whichever is earlier.
