O R D E R:
Sri V.Purushothama Shastry, Section Officer, Revenue Department, in
his application 2nd read above has stated that, his wife has taken treatment at
Maxi Vision Eye Care Centers, Hyderabad on 03.03.2012 for an amount of
Rs.14,000/-. He has furnished all relevant papers and requested the
Government to reimburse the said amount to him.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Government have sent the medical bills
to Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad with a
request to scrutinize the medical bills and indicate the admissible amount for
reimbursement to the Individual.
3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad
in his letter 4th read above, has stated that the medical bills of Sri
V.Purushothama Shastry, Section Officer, Revenue Department, towards his
wife’s treatment on 03.03.2012 at Maxi Vision Eye Care Centers, Hyderabad
have been scrutinized in terms of APIMA Rules,1972 read with G.O.Ms.No. 107,
LAW (La& J-SC-F) Deptt., dated: 14.07.2006 and offered the following remarks:-
Total Amount Claimed Rs.14,000.00
Inadmissible Amount Rs -----

LESS: 10% cut on Admissible Rs. ----

4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord
sanction for payment of an amount of Rs. 14,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand
only) to Sri V.Purushothama Shastry, Section Officer, Revenue Department,
towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred to his wife on 03.03.2012
at Maxi Vision Eye Care Centers, Hyderabad as recommended by Civil Surgeon
Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.( P.T.O.)

5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above, shall be debited to “2052 –
Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – 09 – Revenue Department –
010 – Salaries; 017- Medical Reimbursement.”
6. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to
the individual.
7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under
the rules.
