(SR) Department, dt.4.7.2007. 2) From Dr. K.S.Jawahar Reddy, Secretary to Chief Minister, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Note No.3283/CMP-MM/2011, dated.13.09.2011 along with the letter of Sri S.Indrasain Reddy, M.L.C.& Vice President A.P.Congress Committee, Hyderabad ***** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued to provide Personal Assistants to M.L.C.s on deputation basis up to the cadre of Senior Assistants subject to certain conditions mentioned therein. 2. In the reference 2nd read above Sri S.Indrasain Reddy, M.L.C.has requested for appointment of Sri. V.Srinivasa Reddy, A.S.O., Law Department, A.P. Secretariat as his P.A. on Deputation 3. Government after careful examination hereby appoint V.Srinivasa Reddy, A.S.O., Law Department, A.P. Secretariat as P.A. to Sri S.Indrasain Reddy, M.L.C. as a special case in relaxation of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above and also Rule 11 (d) of the A.P. Secretariat Subordinate Service Rules subject to the following conditions: (i) His appointment as P.A. on deputation will be terminated/reverted back to his parent Department whenever the M.L.C. vacates his Office or at any time the Services of P.A. is no longer required by the M.L.C. (ii) He is allowed to draw a Fixed Travelling Allowance of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) per month. (iii) The expenditure towards salary and Fixed Travelling Allowance of the individual will be charged to the Establishment from where he has been drafted. (iv) The individual should produce satisfactory duty certificate from the M.L.C. every month to the drawing and disbursing Officer without fail. (contd…page 2)::2:: 4. In the circumstances stated above, Law Department hereby accord permission to Sri V.Srinivasa Reddy, A.S.O., Law Department, A.P.Secretariat to depute as P.A. to Sri S.Indrasain Reddy, M.L.C from the date of issue of these orders.
