G.O.Ms.No.106, LAW (LA&J-SC.F) Dept., dt.14..7.2006 2. Electricity bill A5 013648 080251, E.R.O., Banjara Hills for Rs.723/- & Payment receipt dt.9.3.2012 for Rs.728/- --- ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, permission was accorded to Judicial officers posted on other duty as Secretary to Government, Law Department to incur 1/2 of the total consumption of electricity charges of his residential building during his tenure in the Department. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the officer has submitted electricity bill for Rs.723/- and payment receipt for Rs.728/- (Rupees seven hundred and twenty eitht only) including usercharges of Rs.5/- in respect of flat No.304, Judges quarters, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad for the month of February, 2012. 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.364/- (Rupees three hundred and sixty four only) to Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department towards reimbursement of 50% of the electricity charges of his residential building for the month of February, 2012. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2052-Secretariat General Services -090- Secretariat-10- Law Department -130 - Office expenses -133 Water & Electricity Charges. 5. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is requested to issue a cheque in favour of Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Law Department.
