Read: From the Director, Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy, Secunderabad, Letter Roc.No.676/2011/A.P.J.A.– Sec’bad, dated: 23.09.2011. *** ORDER: In the reference read above, the Director, Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy, Secunderabad has requested the Government to enhance the rates of honorarium of the Guest Speakers of the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy, Secunderabad from Rs.300/- to Rs.1250/- per hour for State Level Guest Faculty and for National Level Guest Faculty honorarium Rs.2000/- per hour. 2. After careful examination of the proposal, the Government, hereby, accord sanction for enhancement of honorarium from Rs.300/- to Rs.1000/- per hour, apart from transport charges for State Level Guest Faculty and Rs.2000/- per hour, apart from transport charges, for National Level Guest Faculty of Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy, subject to meeting the expenditure within the budget available. 3. The expenditure sanctioned mentioned on para (2) above shall be debited to the following head of account: “2014 – Administration of Justice – MH 800 Other Expenditure SH (05) J.A. – Professional Services / 284 Other payments” 4. The Director, Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy, Secunderabad shall take necessary action, accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.
