REVENUE (REGISTRATION-I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 511 Dated: 29.03.2012 Read the following: From the C&IG, R&S, Hyd. Lr.No.G2/13138/2001, Dt.13.02.2012 and 21.3.2012. @ @ @ ORDER: In the references read above, the C&IG has informed that the proposals for construction of C&IG, R&S office building at M.J. Market, Hyderabad were sent to the Govt. vide his D.O. Lr.No. G2/13138/2011, dated: 14.08.2007 to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.16.00 Crores. In anticipation of the Govt. order, proceedings were issued for Rs.16.00 Crores by the Commissioner and Inspector General (R&S) in Procgs.No. G2/13138/2001, dated: 31.10.2007 for the said work so as to protect the valuable property and accordingly the work was entrusted to APHMHIDC with proposal of Sub Cellar, Cellar, Ground plus Six Floors. Subsequently, the proposals were modified to construct the structure with Cellar, Ground plus Six Floors with an estimated cost of Rs.12.00 Crores. The work was taken up and completed in all respects. The Commissioner and Inspector General (R&S) has requested to accord administrative sanction for Rs.12.00 Crores, on the completed cost of the building so as to utilize the allotted funds for final closure of the works. 2. Government, after careful consideration of the proposal, hereby accord Post facto administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.12.00 Crores (Rupees Twelve Crores only) to the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, A.P., Hyderabad in having incurred the said expenditure on construction of O/o the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps building within the budget provision under the head of account 4070-Capital Outlay on other administrative services M.H.800 Other Expenditure G.H.11 Normal State Plan S.H. (09) Construction of Registration and Stamps Building 530-Major works 531-Other expenditure from the Financial Years 2007-08 to 2011-2012 (i.e. for (5) years). 3. The Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, A.P., Hyderabad is authorized to draw the balance amount sanctioned at para 2 above and incur the expenditure for the purpose for which it is sanctioned. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Rev) Department vide their U.O. No. 2928-PFS(FP)/105/A2/Exp.Rev/2012, dt: 27.3.2012.
