Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyd, Lrs.No.102/CDS/2011, dated:28.2.2012. ******* O R D E R: The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter first read above, has sent the proposals for reimbursement of medical expenses of Rs. 17,861/- incurred by Sri. G. Satya Prasada Rao, IAS. (Retd.) formerly Joint Secretary to Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for self and to his family members as Out patient at F.M.S. Dental Hospital, Koti, Hyderabad, Omini Hospital & Image Hospital, Hyderabad during the period from 26.7.2011 to 5.8.2011 and 09.8.2011, 30.8.2011 & 1.9.2011 respectively. In support of his claim the individual has enclosed the medical bills. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Andhra Pradesh, Secretariat, Hyderabad, in his letter second read above has scrutinized the bills in respect of the said officer and indicated an amount of Rs.17,563/- as admissible amount for reimbursement . 3. After careful consideration, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of medical expenses of Rs.17,563=00 (Rupees Seventeen thousand five hundred sixty three only ) to Sri. G. Satya Prasada Rao, I.A.S. (Retired) formerly Joint Secretary to Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for treatment obtained to self and to his family members as Out patient at F.M.S. Dental Hospital, Koti, Hyderabad, Omini Hospital & Image Hospital, Hyderabad during the period from 26.7.2011 to 5.8.2011 and 09.8.2011, 30.8.2011 and 01.9.2011 respectively. 4. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 5. The medical bills and other enclosures received with the letter 1st read above are herewith returned to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for taking necessary action. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per rules in force.
