(8) Letter No.B1/1107/2011, dated 29.03.2012 received from the Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, AP Hyderabad. -:o:- ORDER :- In the letter 1st read above, the Special Chief Secretary and CCLA AP Hyderabad has informed that during the meeting held on 25.07.2011 in ‘J’ Block, A.P. Secretariat, it has been observed that the Government is receiving large number of complaints on duplicate pattas in respect of Agricultural lands as well as house-site pattas, thereby number of court litigations are arising. As, such, it has been expressed that there is a need to curb such illegal activities of issuing duplicate pattas and to issue ‘D’ Form Pattas for agricultural lands with security features. 2. In the reference 5th read above, the Special CS and CCLA, has requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- towards printing of 1.50 lakh patta certificates @ Rs.5/- per each copy and also accord sanction or an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- towards 30% advance for carrying out the printing of patta certificates with security features for ongoing programme of distribution of Government land to landless poor during 6th phase which commence shortly. 3. In the G.O. 6th read above, the Finance (Expr.-Rev) Department issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees seven lakh fifty thousand) only as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders pending provison of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants during 2011-12, to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad towards cost of printing and to release a sum of Rs.2.50 lakh for advance payment to Security Printing Press, duly mentioning the Head of Account therein. The Finance (Expr.-Rev.) Department have also requested to this Department to take necessary action for issue of administrative sanction as per the instructions issued in G.O. Note No.29875-A1/BG.1/06 Finance (BG.1) Department, dated 25.11.2006. and also requested to send Supplementary Estimates to the Finance (BG.V) Department for inclusion in SE 2011-12. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for the BRO amount of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees seven lakh fifty thousand) only as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants during 2011-12 to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, AP Hyderabad for carrying out the printing of patta certificates with security features for ongoing programme of distribution of Government land to landless poor during 6th phase which commence shortly. contd.2.:: 2 :: 5. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2029 – Land Revenue, MH 001, Dir. & Admn. – SH(01) HQs Office (CCLA) 160 Publications”. 6. The Special CS and CCLA AP Hyderabad shall send necessary supplementary proposals at appropriate time during the current financial year 2011-12 for obtaining supplementary grants to cover the actual expenditure incurred in relaxation of Treasury Control and take necessary action accordingly. 7. The Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration shall take further necessary action accordingly. 8. This orders issues with concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.
