Bhalashali Indira, MLC, East Godavari Dist., dt. 26.12.2011. *** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued to provide Personal Assistants to M.L.C on deputation basis upto the cadre of Senior Assistants subject to certain conditions mentioned therein. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Smt. Bhalashali Indira, MLC, East Godavari District has appointed her husband as her Personal Assistant, who is working as Senior Assistant in Commercial Tax Department. He got promotion as Assistant Commercial Tax Officer, O/o DC (CT), Kakinada recently. Therefore she has requested to consider to issue orders for appointing Sri B. Satyagraha Raju, ACTO as her Personal Assistant in relaxation of the provision of the G.O 1st cited. 3. After careful examination of the matter and in relaxation of the orders issued in para 4 (ii) of the reference 1st read above, Government hereby accord permission to the District Collector, Kakinada to appoint Sri B. Satyagraha Raju, ACTO, O/o DC (CT), Kakinada as Personal Assistant to Smt. Bhalashali Indira, MLC, East Godavari District. 4. The District Collector, Kakinada, East Godavari District is requested to issue necessary orders in the matter accordingly.
