Rt. No. 518 Dated.30.3.2012. Read the following:- 1. From the CCLA., Hyderabad Lr.No.EE2/81/2011, dt.7.4.2011 2. Govt. Rt.No. 1519 Rev. (Ser.II) Dept., dated. 21.12.2011 3. From the Director of Medical Education , Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad L.Dis.No.3264(1)/MA-F/2012 Dated 24-2-2012. ***** O R D E R: The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter first read above, has sent the proposals for reimbursement of medical expenses of Rs.58,113/- incurred by Sri G. Satya Prasada Rao, I.A.S., (Retd.) formerly Joint Secretary to Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on medical treatment obtained to self and his family members as in-patient & Out patient at different Hospitals. In support of his claim the individual has enclosed the medical bills. 2. Government in the reference 2nd read above, have sanctioned Medical expenses for an amount of Rs. 53,747/- (except bill for Rs. 2,956/- since the bill was not scrutinized by Director of Medical Education ) to Sri G. Satya Prasada Rao, I.A.S., (Retd.) formerly Joint Secretary to Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment obtained to self and to his family members as in-patient & Out patient at different Hospitals. The bill amounting to Rs. 2,956/- was again sent to Director, Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad vide Govenrment Memo dated 07.1.2012 to scrutinize the bill as per rules and offer his remarks for taking further action in the matter. 2. The Director of Medical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in his letter third read above has scrutinized the bill in respect of the said officer and indicated an amount of Rs.2,615/-as admissible amount for reimbursement . 3. After careful consideration, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of medical expenses of Rs.2,615 (Rupees Two thousand six hundred and fifteen only) to Sri G. Satya Prasada Rao, I.A.S., (Retd.) formerly Joint Secretary to Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment obtained to his wife at Omini Hospitals, Hyderabad. 4. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 5. The medical bills and other enclosures received with the letter 1st read above are herewith returned to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for taking necessary action.
