Govt.Memo No.28045/RTIA/GPM&AR/2011-1, dt.29-8-2011. 3.From The Civil Surgeon Specialist,Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, Lr.No.2295/CDS/11, dt.23-1-2012. * * * ORDER: In the circumstances stated by the Secretary, A.P.Information Commission in his letter 1st read above, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.35,867/- ( Rupees thirty five thousand eight hundred and sixty seven only) to Sri K.Mangapathi Rao, IAS(Retd.,) former Secretary, A.P. Information Commission as certified by the civil surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad towards medical reimbursement for the treatment taken by him as in-patient at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Secunderabad on emergency basis during the period from 26.07.2011 to 29.07.2011 in terms of A.I.S (MA) Rules 1954. 2. The Accounts Officer, Office of the A.P. Information Commission, Hyderabad, shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para above, to the individual duly debiting the expenditure to the relevant head of account. 3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject.
