ORDER:_
Under rule 10(a) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules,
Dr.Y.Nageshwar Rao, Associate Professor of Orthopaedics, Rangaraya Medical
College, Kakinada presently working as I/c Professor is promoted temporarily as
Professor of Orthopaedics, under category 4 (a) in rule (2) of A.P. Medical Education
Service Rules and posted as Professor of Orthopaedics at Rangaraya Medical College,
Kakinada in the existing vacancy.
2. The Promotion ordered in para (1) above is purely on temporary basis and liable
for reversion at any time without assigning any reasons, and also does not confer any right
to claim seniority.
3. The individual should join in the promoted post within (15) days from the date of
receipt of posting orders, failing which the orders of temporary promotion shall be deemed
to have been cancelled after the stipulated period is over.
4. The above promotion is given as per the directions of the Hon’ble Tribunal
dated:19-01-2012 in OA No.4503/2011 and batch cases and Interim orders of Hon’ble
High Court dt.07-02-2012 in WPMP No.2733/2012 in WP No.2192/2012 and
subsequent modified orders of the Hon’ble High Court dated:13-02-2012 in WPMP
No.2733/2012 in WP No.2192/2012 and also subject to outcome of other OAs / WPs /
RPs / CAs etc., if any pending before the Tribunal / Courts etc. The Seniority of the
above candidate will be decided as per the final out come of the WP No.2192/2012.
5. The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action
accordingly.
