ORDER:
Sri M.A.Nayeem Khan Deputy Secretary to Government, (Retd.),Law Department has submitted an
application in the reference 1st read above stating that he has incurred an amount of Rs. 21,560/-(Rupees
twenty one thousand five hundred and sixty only) towards his treatment at Wockhardt Hospitals, King Koti
Road, Abids, Hyderabad, and cost of medicines purchased for “CAD-Unstable Angine,CADG-Two Vessel
Disease” during the period from 01-09-2009 to 20-02-2010 and requested to reimburse the said amount.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.
Secretariat, Hyderabad was requested to scrutinize the medical bills and necessary certificates submitted by
Sri M.A.Nayeem Khan Deputy Secretary to Government, (Retd.), Law Department and to state the net
admissible amount for reimbursement as per the Andhra Pradesh Medical Attendance, Rules 1972.
3. In the reference 4th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.
Secretariat, Hyderabad has stated that the medical bills of Sri M.A.Nayeem Khan Deputy Secretary to
Government, (Retd.), towards his treatment at Wockhardt Hospitals, King Koti Road, Abids, Hyderabad, and
cost of medicines purchased for “CAD-Unstable Angine,CADG-Two Vessel Disease” during the period from 01-
09-2009 to 20-02-2010 have been scrutinized and offered the following remarks.
Amount claimed : Rs. 21,560=00
Inadmissible amount : Rs. 4, 596.93
Gross admissible amount : Rs. 16,963.07
But limited to ceiling in terms of above : Rs. ---------

Less:10% amount cut in terms of : Rs. ------

4. Sanction is therefore, hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 16,963/- (Rupees sixteen thousand
nine hundred and sixty three only ) to Sri M.A.Nayeem Khan Deputy Secretary to Government, (Retd.),Law Department towards his treatment at Wockhardt Hospitals, King Koti Road, Abids, Hyderabad, and
cost of medicines purchased for “CAD-Unstable Angine,CADG-Two Vessel Disease” during the period
from 01-09-2009 to 20-02-2010 and cost of medicines purchased.
5. Law (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (4)
above to Sri M.A.Nayeem Khan Deputy Secretary to Government, (Retd.), Law Department.
6. The Expenditure Sanctioned in para (4) above shall be debited to “2052-Secretariat General Services -
090-Secretariat -10-Law Department -010-Salaries -017-Medical Reimbursement.”
