(A&L) Department, Dated: 15.5.2010. 2) G.O.Ms.No. 97, Finance(A&L) Department, dt 21.05.2011. 3) Application from Sri V.Siva Sankara Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, dated:27.06.2011. 4) G.O.Rt.No. 1261, Finance(A&L) Department, Dated 29.03.2012. 5)Memo.No.19103/OP.II/2011, Revenue (OP.II) Department, Dated:30.03.2012. ******* O R D E R: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an advance of Rs.50,000 /- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to Sri V.Siva Sankara Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Revenue Department towards purchase of personal Computer for personal use subject to the following conditions:- 1) That he shall purchase a personal computer within one month from the date of drawal of the advance, failing which the full amount drawn shall be refunded to the Government together with the interest thereon. The unspent balance if any should be refunded to the Government. 2) That he shall execute Mortgage Bond in form-14 of the A.P.F.C. volume-1 in the name of the Governor. 3) That the advance shall carry simple interest @ Rs. 5.50 % per annum. 4) The principal of the loan shall be recovered in 50 monthly installments @ Rs.1000/- P.M. from the pay bill of succeeding month to the drawal and disbursement of the advance to the individual and the interest shall be recovered in 10 installments after the recovery of the principal amount. 2. The advance sanctioned in para one above, shall be met from the funds allotted to this Department in the reference 4th read above and reallocated in the reference 5th read above and the expenditure shall be debited to “7610 – Loans to Government servants MH 204 - Advance for purchase of Personal Computer.” SH (12) Advances for purchase of Personal Computer-001 Advances for purchase of Personal Computers. 3. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to Sri V.Siva Sankara Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Revenue Department and watch the full recovery of the advance including interest thereon.
