O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 430/- (Rupees four hundred and
thirty only) towards the Telephone bill for the month of February, 2012 in respect of
residential Telephone No. 24040390 installed at the residence of Sri. N. Vikrama, Joint
Secretary to Government, Law Department A.P Secretariat, Hyderabad, against the bill
amount of Rs. 1030/- (Rupees one thousand and thirty only) since the officer has paid an
amount of Rs. 600/- (Rupees six hundred only) towards the Broadband charges by way
of cheque No. 763402, Dated: 16-3-12
2. The Deputy P.A.O. Secretariat, Branch is requested to credit the amount to the
Bank Account No. CBCA 01000076; Bank Name. CORPORATION BANK; Branch.
SIDDAMBAR BAZAR; MICR No. 500017007 and IFSC Code Number:
CORP0000043.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head
“2052 Secretariat General Services - 090 Secretariat 010 Law Department-130 Office
expenses - 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
