Collector, VSP, D.O.Lr.No.311/97/F1, Dt. .02.2012 3) G.O.Rt.No.1170, Finance (Exp.Rev) Dept., Dt.26.03.2012. ***** ORDER: The Collector, VSP vide reference 2nd read above has reported that the Solicitor General of India has been engaged on behalf of Govt. in SLP CC.No.19646,19647/11. The case has been disposed on 05.01.2012. The AOR has filed Review Petition in Supreme Court of India on 01.02.2012 with NO.3909/2012. The Solicitor General of India has attended on behalf of Government and AOR furnished the fee bills of 1)Sri R.F Nariman, Solicitor General of India for Rs.6,06,650/- and2)AOR G.Nageshwar Reddy for Rs.1,83,333/-. He has further reported that there is no budget allocated for incurring legal charges of Senior Counsel to the District Administration and requested to sanction an amount of Rs.7,89,983/- to pay the legal charges to Solicitor General of India & AOR, New Delhi in the above SLP. 2. In the reference 3rd read above the Finance (Exp.Rev) Dept have issued Budget release order for an amount of Rs.7,90,000(Rupees seven lakhs ninty thousand rupees only) as additional funds in relaxation of the Treasury control orders, pending provision of funds by way of obtaining supplementary grants during 2011-12 to the Rev( J.A) Dept towards payment of Legal Charges to Solicitor General of India and Advocate on Record, New Delhi in filing of SLP in C.C.No.19646, 19647/2011. Accordingly Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Collector, VSP for an amount of Rs.7,90,000(Rupees seven lakhs ninty thousand rupees only) as additional funds in relaxation of the Treasury control orders, pending provision of funds by way of obtainingsupplementary grants during 2011-12 under Head of Account as detailed below NON-PLAN (Rupees in thousands) Head of B.E.
