Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No. 1118,Revenue (Endts.II) Department, Dt: 13.07.2011. 2. Representation Dt: 25.10.2011 of Narasimha Murthy & Co. --00— ORDER: In the reference first read above, Government have constituted a Committee with (3) members to study the information furnished by the Secretary, Sri Satya Sai Central Trust. In the said Committee Sri K. Narasimha Murthy is one of the Member. In the reference second read above, Sri K. Narasimha Murthy, Member has stated that his Company i.e. Narasimha Murthy & Co., Cost Accountants has carried out the analysis of Financials of various Institutions run by Central Trust viz., Sri Satya Sai Central Trust, Sri Satya Sai Medical Trust, Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Sri Satya Sai Sadhana Trust, Sai Media Foundation, Eeswaramma Women Welfare Trust, Eeswaramma Educational Trust etc. A team of 3 Seniors and 5 Juniors were engaged for ten day on the assignment and incurred substantial time and expenditure on account of staff salaries, secretarial support, stationery etc. Sri K. Narasimha Murthy has submitted bills for Rs.71,695/- for the service rendered in this regard and requested the Government to sanction the said amount. 2. Government have examined the matter carefully and hereby sanction Rs. 71,695/- (Rupees Seventy One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Five only) to Sri K. Narasimha Murthy, Member in the Committee constituted to study the matters of Sri Satya Sai Central Trust and other related Institutions towards expenditure incurred by his company i.e. Narasimha Murthy & Co., Cost Accountants for rendering professional services. 3. The amount sanctioned in the Para (2) above, shall be met from the Head of Account “2052-090-SH(09)-280/284-other payments” 4. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Rev) Department vide their U.O. No. 1777/019/A1/Exp.Rev/2012, Dt: 10.02.2012. 5. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall take necessary further action in the matter.
