State and Subordinate Service Rules, Dr.Ashok Ohetkar, Associate Professor of Orthopaedics, Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad is promoted temporarily as Professor of Orthopaedics, under category 4 (a) in rule (2) of A.P. Medical Education Service Rules and posted as Professor of Orthopaedics at Guntur Medical College, Guntur in the existing vacancy. 2. The Promotion ordered in para (1) above is purely on temporary basis and liable for reversion at any time without assigning any reasons, and also does not confer any right to claim seniority. 3. The individual should join in the promoted post within (15) days from the date of receipt of posting orders, failing which the orders of temporary promotion shall be deemed to have been cancelled after the stipulated period is over. 4.
