O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 437/- (Rupees four hundred and
thirty seven only) towards the Telephone bill in respect of residential Telephone No.
23746167 installed at the residence of Sri. G.V. Ramana Murthy Raju, Additional
Secretary to Government, Law Department A.P. Secretariat Hyderabad, against the bill
amount of Rs. 637/- (Rupees six hundred and thirty seven only) for the month of
February, 2012, since the officer has paid an amount of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred
only) towards the Broadband charges by way of cheque No. 500841 date 15-3-2012.
2. The Deputy P.A.O. Secretariat Branch is requested to credit the amount to the
Bank Account No. CBCA 01000076; Bank Name. CORPORATION BANK; Branch.
SIDDAMBAR BAZAR; MICR No. 500017007 and IFSC Code Number:
CORP0000043.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head
“2052 Secretariat General Services - 090 Secretariat 010 Law Department-130 Office
expenses - 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
