Accordingly, the agency has attended the work during the month of January, 2012 and submitted bill for an amount of `.38,500/- and requested to sanction the expenditure. 22. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of `.38,500/- (Rupees Thirty eight thousand five hundred only) to M/s.Indian Pest Control Corporation, Hyderabad towards cost of providing Integrated rodent control measures in the premises of Secretariat for the month of January, 2012. 33. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account ‘2052- Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (04) – General Administration Dept.–130–Office expenses – Other Office expenses’. 44.
