GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (ELECTIONS.C) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 534 Dated : 06.02.2012. Read the following:- *** O R D E R: Permission is hereby accorded to Sri I. Anji Babu, Section Officer, General Administration (Elections. C) Department to proceed on tour to New Delhi on 07.02.2012 by flight to hand over Soft Copies and Materials and obtaining approval in connection with N.V.D. Celebrations in the State and S.S.R., 2012 from Election Commission of India, New Delhi and return back to Head Quarters after completion of the work by Air. He is entitled to draw T.A. and D.A. as per rules in force. The absence of the individuals for the above period shall be treated as duty under F.R.9 (6)(b)(i). The orders of Chief Secretary to Government on general permission to depute an officer in connection with elections in the cadre of Section Officer and above to E.C.I., New Delhi and return by air have been obtained vide C.S. Peshi No.1603 dated 07.03.2009. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H.103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH(04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 110 Domestic Travel Expenses – 111 Traveling Allowance”. 3. The above officer is requested to settle the claim by submitting a detailed T.A. Bill within the prescribed time limit. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw and credit the amount to Sri I. Anji Babu, Section Officer A/c No.52088434768, S.B.H.,Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad. 5.
