O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 436/- (Rupees four hundred and thrity six
only) towards the Telephone bill for the month of February, 2012 pertains to Telephone No.
24044334 converted into official one installed at the residence of Sri M. Srihari Babu, Deputy
Secretary to Government, Law Department A.P Secretariat Hyderabad.
2. The Deputy P.A.O. Secretariat, Branch is requested to credit the amount to the Bank
Account No. CBCA 01000076; Bank Name. CORPORATION BANK; Branch. SIDDAMBAR
BAZAR; MICR No. 500017007 and IFSC Code Number: CORP0000043.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head “2052
Secretariat General Services - 090 Secretariat 010 Law Department-130 Office expenses - 131
Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
