No. 624, HM & FW (VC.I) Dept, dated 04.05.2010. * * * * * ORDER: Whereas, Dr.Y. Munisekharam, District T.B. Control Officer (Civil Surgeon), Government T.B. Centre, Adilabad was trapped by the Anti Corruption Bureau officials on 24-10-2010, when he demanded and accepted a bribe amount of Rs.7,000/- from the complainant for doing the official favour and whereas, in the reference second read above, Government has issued orders placing the Accused Officer under suspension. 2. Whereas, Government have reviewed the suspension of Dr. Y. Munisekharam, District T. B. Control Officer and decided to revoke his suspension and to reinstate him into service, pending finalization of the disciplinary / criminal proceedings. 3. Now, therefore, the Government, in exercise of the powers under clause (C) of sub rule (5) of Rule – 8 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby revoke the suspension of Dr. Y.Munisekharam, Civil Surgeon, District TB Control Officer and reinstate him into service and posted as District T.B.Control Officer, Kadapa pending finalization of the disciplinary / criminal proceedings. 4. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, shall take further action in the matter.
