Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, as Civil Surgeon Specialist in D.S.R. District Head Quarters Hospital, Nellore (under the administrative control of A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad), on sympathetic grounds as it is very essential for her to stay at Nellore. 2. In the letter 4th read above, the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has stated that there are two vacancies of Civil Specialist i.e. Civil Surgeon Specialist (Dental) at District Hospital, Nellore and Civil Surgeon Specialist (Paed) , Peadiatric Hospital, Nellore. 3. After careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby post Dr. C.V. Rama Devi, Additional District Medical and Health Officer (Aids & Leprosy), Prakasam District (under the administrative control of Director of Public Health and Family Welfare) as Civil Surgeon Specialist in District Hospital, Nellore (under the administrative control of AP Vaidya Vidhana Parishad) in one of the mismatch vacancies of Civil Surgeon Specialists, for a period of one year on usual terms and conditions of Foreign Service deputation in terms of G.O. (P) No.10, Finance & Planning (FW,FR.II) Department, dated 22-01-1993. 4. The individual is not entitled for transfer travelling allowance (TTA)/DA, Joining Time etc., as the deputation is on his own request. 5.
