No. 85, HM & FW (R2) Dept. dated: 17-01-2011. 3. From the Secretary, Boards of Indian Medicine, Dept. of AYUSH, Lr. No .164/ Bds/ 2010, dt.09-01-2012. **** ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, Government has accorded permission to the Commissioner of AYUSH for appointment of one Data Entry Operator on contract basis, through outsourcing, in order to take up the computer work in the office of the Boards of Indian Medicine. In the reference 3rd read above, the Secretary, Boards of Indian Medicine has reported that the Data Entry Operator was appointed for a period of one year and the period of one year was expired on 16-01-2012. The Secretary of the Boards has explained that there is a need to continue the post of Data Entry Operator and requested to grant permission to continue to contract the services of one (1) Data Entry Operator, for a further period of one year, i.e., from 17-01-2012 to 16-01-2013. 2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby permit the Commissioner of AYUSH, who is the Secretary of the Boards of Indian Medicine for continuation of one Data Entry Operator post in the office of the Boards of Indian Medicine, through outsourcing for a period of Six months only i.e from 17-01-2012 to 16-07-2012, subject to following the outsourcing guidelines scrupulously. 3. The Commissioner of AYUSH shall take necessary further action accordingly. 4. This orders is issued with the concurrence of the Finance (SMPC – II) Dept. vide their U.O.No. 2334/52/A1/SMPC.II/ 2012 dt. 22-02-2012.
