Saradamba, Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department, application, dated:03.03.2012. -o0o- O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, Smt. K. Saradamba, Translator, Law Department was temporarily promoted as Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department in the scale of pay of Rs.23,650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800- 32350-850-34900-900-37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-49360/- and she was permitted to join duty on 29.02.2012 F.N. in the said post. 2. As on the date of her promotion to the post of Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department the officer was drawing a basic pay of Rs.23,040/- in the scale of pay of Rs.15,280-450-15700-490-18520-530-20110-570- 21820-610-23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600- 970-40510-1040-40,510/- in the post of Translator, Law Department. 3. Consequent on her promotion to the post of Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department, the pay of the officer is fixed at Rs.23,650/- w.e.f. 29.02.2012 i.e. from the date of promotion to the post of Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department under F.R. 22 (a)(i) and refixed at Rs.24,950/- w.e.f. 01.08.2012 i.e. from the date of accrual of next increment in the lower cadre of Translator under F.R. 22-B in the scale of pay of Rs.23,650-650-25600-700-27700-750- 29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200- 49360/- in the post of Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department as shown below: Under F.R. 22 (a)(i) w.e.f. 29.02.2012 i.e. the date of promotion to the post of Asst. Draftsman to Govt. (Telugu) Pay as on 29.02.2012 in the post of Translator in the Scale of : Rs.23,040/- Rs.15,280-40,510/- Add: One increment : Rs. 610/- : Rs.23,650/- Under F.R. 22-B w.e.f. 01.08.2012 i.e. from the date of accrual of next increment in the lower cadre of Translator (SG) Pay as on 29.02.2012 in the post of Translator in the : Rs.23,040/- scale of pay of Rs.15,280-40,510/- Add: Increment in the cadre of Translator (SG) : Rs. 610/- Rs.23,650/- Add: One notional increment Rs. 650/- Rs.24,300/- Next higher stage in the scale of Rs.23,650-49,360/- : Rs.24,950/- Pay fixed in the post of Asst. Draftsman to Govt. : Rs.24,950/- (Telugu), Law Department w.e.f. 01.08.2012 Date of next increment in the post of Asst. Draftsman to Govt. (Telugu) will be on 01.08.2013. 4. Law (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the arrears, if any, due to the officer as per the fixation of pay ordered in para (3) above. Contd…:: 2 :: 5. The Officer is informed that, excess amount, if any, is paid to her due to erroneous pay fixation, such excess amount will be recovered from her pay and allowances as and when such error comes to light. 6.
