HEALTH, MEDICAL & FAMILY WELFARE (K2) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 541 Dated 03-04-2012 Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.661, G.A (Ser.G) Department, Dt.23.10.2008. 2. From the District Collector, Warangal, Lr.Rc.No.A2/285/2010, Dt.18.08.2010. 3. Govt,Memo.No. 10213/M1/2010, Dt.29.12.2010. 4. Representation of Sri D.Vijayakumar, S/o. Santhoshamma, F.N.O.Retired, Dt.07.02.2011 5. Representation of Sri. S.Raju, S/o. S.Mallesham, Watchman, Retd. 6. Representation of Sri V.Srikanth, S/o. V.Rajeswari, Sweeper, Retired, Dt.3.2.2011. -x-x-x- ORDER: The District Collector, Warangal in his letter 2nd cited has stated that (i) Smt. D.Samthosamma, F.N.O O/o. Superintendent, MGM Hospital, Warangal (ii) S.Mallesham, Watchman, O/o. Superintendent Engineer, Public Health Circle, Warangal and (iii) Smt.V.Rajeswari, Sweeper O/o. District Medical & Health Officer, Warangal have applied for permission to retire on medical invalidation owing to ill health and consequential benefit of compassionate appointment to their dependents under medical invalidation scheme. Medical Boards have issued medical invalidation certificates to them within the left over service of 5 years. The respective appointing authorities have permitted the said three employees for retirement on medical invalidation without referring the cases to the District Level Committee as required under the G.O.Ms.No.661, G.A (Ser.G) Department dt.23.10.2008. The proposals are placed before the District Level Committee to accord permission for providing employment to the dependents of retired employees. The District Level Committee meeting held on 14.09.2009. During the review, the District Level Committee noticed the above lapse of permitting them to retire on medical invalidation without referring the cases to the Committee for its recommendation. By that time, the individuals did not have left over service of 5 years. 2. In the above circumstances, the District Collector, Warangal has requested the Government to issue necessary relaxation of existing rules in regard to compassionate appointment on medical invalidation scheme of the said dependents of Government employees. Further the dependents of individuals i.e (1) D.Vijay Kumar, S/o.Santoshamma, (2) S.Raju, S/o.S,Mallesham, (3) Sri V.Srikanth, S/o. V.Rajeswari, Sweeper, have also requested in this matter to consider their cases on humanitarian grounds. 3. Government have examined the matter in detail and felt that as on the date of their retirement on medical invalidation, three (3) Government employees are having requisite left over service of (5) years, however, not having the same as on the date of the placing their cases before the District Level committee which reported to have met belatedly. Without permitting them directly, the concerned authorities ought to have been referred the above 3 cases to PTO.::2:: the District Level Committee and issued orders permitting them to retire on medical invalidation after getting its recommendation, the dependents of 3 (three) applicants i.e (1) D.Vijay Kumar, S/o.Santoshamma, (2) S.Raju, S/o.S,Mallesham, (3) Sri V.Srikanth , S/o. V.Rajeswari, Sweeper would have been considered for appointment on compassionate grounds on medical invalidation. 4. Government after careful consideration, hereby order to consider the (3) individuals i.e (1) D.Vijay Kumar, S/o.Santoshamma, (2) S.Raju, S/o.S,Mallesham, (3) Sri V.Srikanth, S/o. V.Rajeswari, Sweeper on compassionate grounds under Medical Invalidation Scheme duly relaxing the provisions contained in the G.O.Ms.No.661, General Administration (Ser.G) Department, dt.23.10.2008 on humanitarian grounds. 5.
