G.O.Rt.No.2024, Law (LA&J-Home-Courts.C) Department, dated:19-11-2010. 2. High Court Proceedings Roc.No.1714/SO-2/2011, dated: 8-12-2011. 3. From the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Letter R.O.C.No.1714/SO-2/2011, dated: 8-12-2011. &&& ORDER:- The Government have appointed Sri T.Krushivara Rao, as Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District, in the G.O.1st read above, and conferred the powers, under sub sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as specified by the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad., 2. Based on the report of the District Judge, West Godavari District, the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, vide proceedings dated:08-12-2011 have withdrawn the powers conferred on Sri T.Krushivara Rao, as Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District, under section 34 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with effect from 08-12-2011, for his improper conduct while discharging his duties; 3. The Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the letter third read above, has requested the Government to issue necessary orders rescinding the appointment of Sri T.Krushivara Rao, Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District with effect from 08-12-2011 (i.e., the date on which powers conferred upon the individual were withdrawn by the High Court Under section 34 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973). 4. The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby rescind the appointment of Sri T.Krushivara Rao, Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District, with effect from 08-12-2011. 5. The Registrar General, Andhra Pradesh High Court, Hyderabad is, therefore, requested to take necessary action in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) read with section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891 (Act 1 of 1891) and in partial modifications of the Orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.2024, Law (LA&J- Home-Courts.C) Department, dated:19-11-2010, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby rescind the appointment of Sri T.Krushivara Rao, as Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District with effect from 08-12-2011 on the date, on which the powers Conferred upon the (P.T.O.): 2 : individual were withdrawn by the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh under section 34 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for misusing of his official position.
